Information You Send Directly
A name, phone number, or address submitted through a search box is handled by the provider that operates that search result. The operator of this reference does not keep a copy of those queries. If a visitor contacts us, the message contains the information the visitor chooses to provide and is used to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Ordinary hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamp. That data is reviewed in aggregate for security, site operation, and broad traffic measurement. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
Automatic data is used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service. Visitor lists are not sold, and the service does not create individual visitor profiles from ordinary logs.
External Links and Search Providers
Links lead to government offices, court portals, library collections, archives, and other outside resources. Search-result providers and linked resources have their own terms and privacy practices. Their rules govern information a visitor submits after leaving this service.
Who May Process Data
Hosting and technical providers may process server logs to support the service. Analytics or advertising providers can receive the automatic information described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Data Security
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. There are no user accounts, password stores, or visitor profiles maintained by this service.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact us and it will be removed from the contact records where feasible.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where a visitor lives, that visitor may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data a service holds. New Mexico research for this project did not identify a general statewide consumer-privacy statute or universal deletion right to cite. Because this operator keeps little visitor data, a request usually concerns a contact message or ordinary logs. Use the Contact page to make that request. Public records held by Clovis, Curry County, New Mexico, courts, or other custodians are outside this operator’s control; requests about them must go to the responsible custodian.

Any update will be posted here. Continued use after an update means the visitor accepts the revised policy.
